Their first, true blooming season with me! I harvested these beauties from my sister who was propagating a few years ago and these are just now finding their happy place here with me. I love their explosive blooms and wish they’d hang around a bit longer.
That’s the sad part of any flower – they just don’t last long enough!
I had to transplant my peonies last year because they were failing to thrive where they were. I have my fingers crossed for better luck now!
