as do these vines i let go limp & tumbling without tension actually, we both are upward and strong.
These hops' bines (think beer vines) are growing at Blue Mountain Brewery in nearby Afton, Virginia and will be harvested toward the end of this month by anyone wanting to join the pick. This past weekend, Mr. E'ville and I were in search of a beer, a burger, and cooler temperatures and found it all just 37 minutes southwest of Earlysville. A topless, rural drive (think convertible) into the slumbering afternoon sun was exactly what the doctor ordered for putting to bed our stressful week prior. Cheers!

We have some hops growing from a long ago project. They just come back each year. I’m glad you clarified the topless adventure. 🙂
