This seems to happen from time to time. I remember having this issue for well over a year. It was resolved. Ultimately, they found a problem with the way comments are processed. They’ve been working on the comment box lately – maybe that has brought back some old problems.

It used to happen a lot and blogs that I follow sometimes don’t appear in my reader, even though I am still following them. There seem to be a few glitches whenever they introduce a new ‘improvement’ …

I’ve also seen this, sites no longer populating in my reader. Frustrating, but thank you for sharing your experience.
