These photos are fresh from my pumpkin/gourd patch on this sunny E’ville morning. This garden is entirely accidental and came to be from the squirrels feasting on my fall garden decorations several years ago. For two summers I’ve watched these prolific seeds do their exponential ‘grab and grow’ ground travel and each year Mr. E’ville is irritated by their invasion into his lawn. Hoping my babies win out this year…

ACTUALLY…the squirrels helped with the planting of these. They ate my gords a few years back and the leftover seeds planted in place and here is what remains! Right now I have four pumpkins growing but not quite sure if they are ‘oranging’ up as fall approaches or simpling sitting on the vine. I will post about them soon before I lose them.
