Hello long, lost Thursday door lovers! I’ve missed you so. After a self-imposed blogging break I hope I am back with better time management skills. Last week I was in Richmond shopping with my wonderful work people and we just happened upon a jewel of a location for lunch. Great food, outside seating on a warm-ish December 1st day, and doors surrounding us on the patio. Take a look!
LunchorSupper! was a lucky find for us. They sat eight of us quickly and offered us a homestyle menu that satisfied one and all. I regret not ordering dessert…they had Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding that day. I’ll return to try that dish.
Check out LunchorSupper here. After drooling over their menu check out more yummy doors from Norm’s neighborhood here.
I love those red doors with their great handles, but I enjoyed them all. Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding? Holy cow!! However, pork sounds even better.

I love surprises like this one. ❤ Speaking of which, where did the chicken go? It's up there on your main page advertising this post but now I can't see it. I have posted a hen on the wall too. They say my country of origin, Slovenia, is in the shape of a hen.

This is door heaven. And, they threw in some great hardware and garden art. Oscar to you for this post. 🙂

What an awesome plethora of doors. I love those pig door handles!
We travel to Richmond for soccer tournaments, but are usually over in the Short Pump area. The hubby went to VCU, so we have been up in the Fan before checking out his old stomping grounds. I also love Maymont. I’ll have to keep this restaurant in mind if we ever get into the heart of the city again!

Do go. It is very small inside so plan on waiting. When I was at VCU our eating options were not so expansive!

Are those little piggy handles on the red doors? … and I love the old doors on sliders being used as dividers. Even without seeing the menu, I like the look of this place 🙂
btw – it’s really nice to see you again in my mailbox 🙂

Hey Joanne, yes, those are cute little pig faces staring back at you. We sat right there and I faces them throughout lunch. Would LOVE to have these somewhere in my house! This cute little restaurant is on a side street in my hometown and husband simply found it by Googling the closest to where we were shopping. Will def return for the doors, food, and that bread pudding dessert…and thanks for your happy face comments. I am happy to be pressing the keys for me again. Hope to not repress my thoughts for this long ever again. Merry Christmas season to you. ♥
